The Trade Sisters is the events and community side of Run Club Academy: Run Club Academy teaches the skill, The Trade Sisters is the room. Both are run by LV and her team. The company behind The Trade Sisters is TRCA LLC, doing business as Trade Sisters; “we” and “us” on this page mean TRCA LLC.
Risk disclosure
Trading options, equities, futures and other financial instruments carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of the money you put in. Only ever trade with money you can afford to lose.
Past performance, including anything LV describes about her own trading, does not indicate future results. Her results are hers; they are shared as lessons, not as a forecast of anything.
Terms
What we are, and what we are not
The Trade Sisters is an education, events and community membership for women learning to trade: live community calls, in-person events and a group chat.
- We are not licensed financial advisers, broker-dealers or investment advisers. Nothing on this site, on a call, at an event or in the group chat is personal financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nobody here will tell you what to buy, sell or hold.
- We do not manage money, hold funds or execute trades for anyone, and we never ask for access to your brokerage account.
- We do not publish income claims and we do not promise any result.
Membership, events and the merch box
- The membership is an access pass: the two digital community events each month and the right to book in-person events. The price and billing period are shown before you pay.
- In-person events are booked and paid for separately from the membership. What each event includes, its price and its refund terms are shown before you book.
- The merch box includes a year of membership. What is in it and its price are shown before you pay.
- Refund terms for each purchase are shown before you pay. Prices may change; existing members are told before a change affects them.
The community
No harassment, no selling to other members, no sharing another member’s trades, screenshots or story outside the community, and nothing you would not want repeated. We remove people for any of those. Lessons, recordings and materials are for you personally; do not redistribute, resell or repost them.
Calls and texts
When you opt in on one of our forms and give a phone number, you agree that LV’s team may call and text you at that number about The Trade Sisters and your request, including automated, prerecorded and artificial or AI-generated voice calls and automated texts. We record this consent with your sign-up (wording version “calls-texts-ai v1” and the time).
- Not a condition of purchase. You never have to agree to calls or texts to buy anything from us.
- Message and data rates may apply. How often we reach out depends on what you asked for.
- Stopping is easy. Reply STOP to any text, tell the person or voice on the call, or contact us below, and we stop calling and texting that number.
- Your number is used only by LV’s team for this. We do not sell or share it for other companies’ marketing.
Privacy
What we collect
- What you give us in a form: your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number, plus your answers to any questions. Details below.
- Billing details, if you buy something, are held by our payment processor, not by us.
Information we collect and how we use it
When you opt in on one of our forms we collect what you type (your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number), your answers to any optional questions, the page you came from, and how far you get through our free lessons and videos. We record the wording you agreed to and the time (wording version “calls-texts-ai-enrich v2”).
To understand who we are serving and to prioritize follow-up, we may combine the information you give us with information from public websites and professional profiles, and with estimated demographic information from marketing data providers (for example, estimated household income range, homeownership, occupation or business ownership). The sources we use are search and web-page services (such as Exa and Firecrawl), phone-validation services, and marketing data providers. We use this for marketing and service purposes only: to decide who our team calls first and what to talk about. We never use it to decide whether you can buy, qualify for, or get financing for any product. We do not obtain credit reports on you unless you apply for financing and authorize it, and financing at checkout is provided and decided by our payment partners.
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at therunclublv@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days, and deleting it does not affect anything you have bought.
What we do with it
We email you what you asked for, and members about what is on: the calls, the next event, and occasional offers from The Trade Sisters and Run Club Academy. Every email has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately. We do not sell your data.
