Guest Appearance Release & Consent

Version 2026-10-01.2. Plain English. You agree to this release when you tick the box to book a recording of LV’s Trade Sisters Podcast, and again by taking part in the recording.

In this release, “we”, “us” and “the Company” mean TRCA LLC, doing business as Trade Sisters (and operating Run Club Academy), and the people and partners it works with. “You” means the guest. “The recording” means everything captured before, during and after your appearance: audio, video, photos, chat and anything you send us for the episode.

1. Permission to record

You give us permission to record your appearance in audio and video, and to capture your image and likeness, whether you join in person, by video call or by phone.

2. How we can use and edit it

You give us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to edit, publish, distribute, clip, caption, translate and repurpose the recording, in whole or in part, in any media that exists now or is invented later. That includes the podcast itself, YouTube, social media, our websites, email, ads and promotion of the show, The Trade Sisters and Run Club Academy.

This covers your name, voice, image, likeness and bio, and anything you say on the recording. We can cut it, shorten it, reorder it and pair it with titles, music and graphics. We will not edit you to say something you did not mean.

3. No obligation to publish

We decide whether, when and where the episode or any clip from it goes out. We are not obliged to publish any of it.

4. No payment

Appearing is unpaid. You are not owed any fee, royalty or share of revenue, now or later, unless we have agreed it with you in writing.

5. Once it is out, it is out

Once anything from the recording is published, we cannot guarantee it can be taken down. People share, download, re-upload and react to clips, and a clip can go viral and spread well beyond anything we control. If you ask, we will consider removing it from our own channels, but we are not obliged to, and we cannot pull back copies other people have made.

6. Waiver and release

To the fullest extent the law allows, you release the Company and its owners, team, contractors, partners and licensees from any claims connected with recording, editing and using the recording as this release describes. That includes claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, false light, and defamation based on accurate editing of what you said.

7. What you promise us

8. Your own statements

You agree to cover (indemnify) the Company against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs that arise from your own statements on the recording or from breaking the promises in section 7.

9. No investment advice, no income claims

The show is education and conversation. Nothing said on it is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and you agree not to give personalised investment advice or tell listeners to buy or sell anything. You agree not to make income or earnings claims or promise results. You are responsible for your own statements. Trading carries real risk, and the episode will say so.

10. Governing law

This release is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

11. Severability

If any part of this release is found unenforceable, that part is limited as little as needed and the rest stays in full effect.

When you book, the booking form records that you ticked “I’ve read and agree to the Guest Appearance Release”, with your name, email and the booking time. Questions? Email therunclublv@gmail.com before you record.
